We’ve created a series of webinars to help SalesDoc Architect Managers or Administrators learn how to customize their setup and use the Architect Manager application.

Introduction to Architect Manager (watch the 37:33 video). This webinar introduces you to the major features and functions of Architect Manager, including the “get started” tasks that new clients – or new admins within existing clients – need to know to start administering and customizing SalesDoc Architect.

Adding Word Doc Sections to SalesDoc Architect: Tips, Tricks and Traps (watch the 8:15 video).  This webinar shows you how to add Word document sections to SalesDoc Architect’s document library so that they can be included in Word proposals, statements of work and other outputs that you can generate from SalesDoc Architect.

Adding Contracts and Multi-Use Docs to SalesDoc Architect (watch the 35:04 video).  This webinar shows you how to add contracts and other Word docs as new SDA outputs.  We also show you how to add “multi-use” doc sections that appear in a variety of outputs through the use of SDA’s powerful Doc Types and DocType Groups.  As an example, we show you how you can add a contract doc section to the document library and then output that doc section as a stand-alone contract or as part of a scope of work (SOW) or proposal/SOW combo output.  This webinar is targeted to current SDA Managers/Admins as well as prospective CorsPro clients who wish to see how new Word outputs are added to SalesDoc Architect.

Auto-Configuring Products and Services with SalesDoc Architect (watch the 39:25 video). Find out about SalesDoc Architect’s ‘smart automation’ – a unique and highly efficient approach to solution configuration and document generation that saves time, reduces errors and fuels bottom line profits. This webinar demonstrates how SalesDoc Architect auto-configures products, services and document content based on the core solution configuration. We also show you an example where peripheral products, services and document content are auto-configured simply by importing a list of parts from a manufacturer’s pricing/configuration tool. We then show you how to implement this automation.

Auto-Calculating Labor with SalesDoc Architect (watch the 38:24 video).  During this webinar we discuss various methods that you can use to auto-calculate labor in SalesDoc Architect. We cover several approaches that vary in sophistication, from a simple approach that bases labor on a percent of MSRP, to a more detailed approach that calculates labor on a part-by-part basis – plus a couple of approaches in between – and discuss how you can vary the approach by product line and combine multiple approaches within an individual deal. This webinar introduced SalesDoc Architect’s new structured cabling functionality that is available (at no additional charge) to clients subscribing to the Pro Edition of SalesDoc Architect. Designing Configuration Tabs for Update-Ability (watch the 21:12 video).  Using the ‘Replace tab with new version using current user inputs’ menu option, users can replace an old version of a configuration tab with the new version and push the user inputs from the old version to the new version. This webinar focuses on how configuration tabs must be constructed so that SalesDoc Architect knows where to push each user input. We also discuss how an SDA configuration tab is constructed, especially the PartDetailSection. This webinar is targeted to current SDA Managers/Admins.

Adding Style(s) to Your SalesDoc Architect Outputs (watch the 25:40 video).  Do you want to add some style and zip to your SalesDoc Architect outputs? This webinar shows you how you can quickly update the default fonts in your outputs and change the way that doc section headers look so that they really “pop” in your outputs. We show you how you can use “styles” in Word and Excel to define how you want your outputs to look. We also discuss how you can change how product category titles look on your schedules of equipment and services. This webinar is primarily targeted to current SDA Managers/Admins, but users and prospective clients might be interested in seeing how the “look” of SDA outputs can be modified so that your proposals and other sales documents can stand apart from the competition.

Managing Quote Files, Tabs and Software Updates (watch the 42:13 video).  As a SalesDoc Architect (SDA) administrator, you want your users to update their software when you push out updates so that they have access to all the latest automation features, solution configuration rules and sales document content.  During this best practices webinar, we show you how to use SDA’s new functionality that enables you to set your own rules for when users download/install your software updates and when they update tabs and other data within older quote files.  We also show you how to design your tabs for maximum update-ability, as well as how you can enable your users to auto-save quote files using a file and folder naming scheme defined by you so that quote files can easily be found within a folder structure that makes logical sense to you and your users.  This webinar is targeted to current SDA managers/admins, as well as to end users and prospective clients who are interested in seeing how SDA can be used to automate quote file and software update management.
