Adding, Editing, and Deleting Doc Templates

You can add multiple Doc Templates for your users to choose from.  These templates can be added via Library Manager or from the Admin Settings Menu as follows.

To Add a Doc Template:

  1. In SDA go to Add-Ins >> Settings >> Admin Settings >> Add/edit Doc Templates
  2. Click the Add button on top right
  3. Browse for the .dot file you created

To Add/Edit a Doc Template:

  1. In SDA go to Add-Ins >> Settings >> Admin Settings >> Add/edit Doc Templates
  2. Select the template you want to edit
  3. Click the Add or Edit button on top right.
  4. The template will open, and you can make your changes
  5. Hit Save

To Delete a Doc Template:

  1. In the Excel Tool, go to Add-Ins >> Settings >> Admin Settings >> Add/edit Doc Templates
  2. Select the template you want to delete
  3. Click the Delete button on top right.
