Reports Overview

An Excel-based reporting utility is available to report on data contained within several of the SDA data tables, including:

• Parts Master
• Doc sections
• Doc sections by part
• Doc sections by item
• Item Categories
• Items by part
• Product Categories

When selecting Reports from the Architect Manager Menu, the administrator will be prompted to select the desired report, the following are the options:

Data from any of these reports can then be analyzed using Excel or copied to another application for further analysis.
