Incorporating Support Plans into SDA

SDA can be configured to handle support plan programs using a variety of pricing methodologies, including:

• Percent of total MSRP/sell price by pricing category
• Port-based (based on the total ports, station ports, etc., tracked by SDA)
• Percent of total MSRP or sell price
• Percent of total equipment MSRP or sell price
• Component-based, where each type of component has a unique support price that is not necessarily tied to the MSRP/sell price of the product
