File Auto-Saving

Administrators can manage File Auto-Saving.  This function makes it easy to set up the shared file location where all files associated with your opportunities and quotes are auto-named and auto-saved to SharePoint Online, a network drive, or to the cloud (hosted by CorsPro using Amazon Web Services).

  1. Administrators can manage account settings by clicking on their name in the top right of the View and selecting Admin, then clicking Account Settings in the left-hand panel.

Note:  You can enable more than one file auto-saving approach. However, users will then be prompted every time they first save a Quote File or RFP response document, so we do not recommend setting up more than one auto-saving approach.
