When updates are uploaded to the cloud (Architect >> Updates >> Upload Updates) a natural back-up occurs.
In addition, every time an update is downloaded by a user, their old setup is “backed up” as pqdb.mdb-bk. So, to directly back-up CURRENT files, make a copy of pqdb.mdb. To back up PREVIOUS content, you would make a copy of pqdb.mdb-bk. The pqdb files can be found at C:\CorsPro\PQuote\Data.
Administrators can also make copies of the CorsPro folder from the AM machine as additional back-up.
