Using SDA Cloud

After installing SDA Cloud on your machine and registering yourself as a user, you will want to put your quote and opportunity data into the cloud. Getting your opportunity and SDA quote information into SDA Cloud  is easy – here are the 4 basic steps to follow:

Step 1: Create an SDA quote file on your machine, using SalesDoc Architect (if you already have SDA quote files prepared, just re-open your quote file.)

Step 2: Save the quote file. When prompted, associate it with an opportunity and enter the additional opportunity information (such as expected close date, probability, etc.)

Step 3: Open the SDA Cloud app from your browser and log in.

Step 4: View your opportunities in the cloud. Filter, edit, create personalized views by dragging and dropping column headers, create reports, etc.
